Introduction to the Els Pet Day Spin Wheel and Coupon

The Els Pet Day campaign, spin wheel, and coupon are organized by Els Pet and hosted on the official Els Pet website (elspet.com). The campaign will begin on September 10, 2024 (PST) and conclude on October 10, 2024 (PST).

Eligibility

The Spin Wheel promotion is open to anyone who enters an email address. Existing customers who have previously made a purchase can participate by entering their email. New customers who have not subscribed yet can also participate by entering a new email, which means you will be subscribing to the Els Pet newsletter. Each participant is limited to a maximum of one spin. This promotion is available only to participants residing in the United States. Employees of Els Pet, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family or household members are not eligible to participate.

Winning Details

• Prizes: $10 OFF your next purchase, $50 OFF your next purchase, Spaceship Automatic Litter Box ($699), two bags of Mixed Cat Litter ($34.99), and Degradable Trash Bags ($20).

• Immediate Win: Each eligible participant will receive the results immediately after spinning the wheel between September 10, 2024 (PST) and October 10, 2024 (PST). Winners will be notified of their prize via a confirmation email sent to their registered email address.

• Prize Fulfillment: Physical prizes, including the Spaceship Automatic Litter Box, Groomdora Grooming Kit, and two bags of Mixed Cat Litter, will be dispatched within 5 working days after the winner's information is verified. If a winner fails to confirm their shipping details within 30 days of the notification, Els Pet reserves the right to withhold the prize.
• Announcement: Some winners may be publicly announced on Els Pet's social media channels during the campaign period.

Coupon Usage

• Participants may receive up to three coupons as part of the Els Pet Day promotion. However, these coupons cannot be combined or used simultaneously for a single purchase. While you may receive all three coupons, only one coupon can be applied per transaction.
• The three coupons are valid to make a purchase within the campaign period, ending on October 10th at 11:59 PM PST.

Rules and Regulations

• Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash or other items. If an order is refunded, any prize awarded must be returned before the refund can be processed.
• By participating in this campaign, each participant agrees to Els Pet collecting and using their information to administer the campaign and to contact them about campaign-related matters.
• If a participant is found to have provided false or incorrect information and is awarded a prize, Els Pet reserves the right to revoke their eligibility.
• Prizes are awarded “as is” without warranty or guarantee of any kind. Els Pet will not be responsible for any losses or damages incurred during transport or any issues between third-party companies and the recipients.
• Failure to comply with the rules may result in disqualification. Els Pet reserves the right to disqualify any participant found using inappropriate means to participate and may pursue legal action if necessary.
• By participating, participants agree to the terms and conditions. Els Pet's decisions are final and binding, and no appeals will be considered. Els Pet reserves the right to modify or cancel the campaign if necessary and to extend or shorten the campaign period at its discretion.

Limitation of Liability

Els Pet assumes no responsibility for any failure to participate due to electronic malfunctions or network, hardware, or software issues. By participating, participants release Els Pet and its affiliates from any claim, expense, injury, loss, or damage related to the campaign or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize. Participants waive all rights to claim any punitive, incidental, consequential, or similar damages against Els Pet related to this campaign.
